Shipments refused or not picked up:
There will be no refund on shipments refused or not picked up unless there is pre-approval from the2ndhandstore. Any shipments returned to the store that were refused or simply not picked up will be returned to stock and no refund will be given. Please pick up your orders at the post office or customs office. Any order returned for these reasons can be shipped back with additional shipping charges.
